General Data Protection Regulation

1. Data Controller

This information text has been prepared by ACD Construction Trade Ltd. (ACD Construction) as the data controller within the scope of the Disclosure Obligation set forth in Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (KVKK) dated 24/3/2016 and the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation published in the Official Gazette dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356.

As ACD Construction, we process your personal data in accordance with the KVKK and take necessary administrative and technical measures to protect your data within the purposes and limits specified below.

• Identity (Name, surname, parent names, date and place of birth, marital status, TR identity number, TR identity photocopy, serial number of identity card, signature, signature circulars)

• Contact (Address number, email address, communication address, phone number)

• Location (Vehicle tracking system, location information)

• Personnel (Payroll information, entry-exit records, resume information, diploma information, course information, in-service training information, certificates, transcript information, picture, biometric picture, IBAN/bank account number)

• Legal Process (Information in correspondence with judicial authorities, information in lawsuit files)

• Customer Transaction (Invoice, promissory note, check information, request information, etc.)

• Transaction Security (Password and password information, etc.)

• Professional Experience (Diploma information, courses attended, in-service training information, certificates, transcript information, etc.)

• Visual and Auditory Records (Photograph, biometric image)

5. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis

Your personal data collected by ACD Construction by automatic or non-automatic means (physical or electronic environment) is collected within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, based on the legal basis of it being clearly stipulated in the laws, the legitimate interests of the data controller, explicit consent, or the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK.


6. Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data processed in our company is shared with domestic institutions and organizations within the framework of the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law; with authorized public institutions and organizations, business partners, shareholders, real persons, or private legal entities. Your personal data is shared with cloud service providers, business partners, customers, and foreign authorized public institutions and organizations abroad.


7. Rights of the Personal Data Subject in Article 11 of the Law

• Personal data subjects have the rights to:

• Learn whether personal data is processed,

• Request information if personal data has been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,

• Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

• Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, despite being processed in accordance with the relevant legislation, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• Demand compensation in case of damage due to the processing of personal data unlawfully.


As personal data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights by filling out the "KVKK Application Form" and sending it to the address Mevlana BulvarI Ege Plaza İş Merkezi 182/B Floor: 3 No:4 Çankaya - Ankara /Türkiye or kvkk@acdinsaat.com. Depending on the nature of your request, your application will be concluded free of charge within the shortest time and no later than thirty days. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
