PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CANDIDATE INFORMATION NOTICE

This information notice has been prepared by ACD Construction Trade Ltd. in its capacity as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 and the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

ACD Construction Trade Ltd. processes the following personal data of job candidates within the limited purposes of conducting candidate selection and placement processes, conducting candidate application processes, and conducting assignment processes: name, surname, TR identity number, place/date of birth, parent names, ID card serial number, marital status, religion, blood type information, contact address, phone number, email address, signature, photograph, biometric image, title, profession, professional data, resume information, diploma information, courses attended, in-service training information, certificates, transcript information.

ACD Construction Trade Ltd. shares the personal data of job candidates domestically, within the framework of the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, with authorized public institutions and organizations, business partners, shareholders, real persons, or private legal entities, limited to the purposes mentioned above. ACD Construction Trade Ltd. collects the personal data of job candidates based on the legal grounds stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, directly related to the fulfillment of a contract or its performance, being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, being mandatory for data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

As data subjects, you can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698 regulating the rights of the data subject by filling out the Personal Data Protection Application Form and sending it to our Company. Your application will be concluded free of charge within the shortest time and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board
